It’s been a bit quiet here lately.
But we want to tell you that we are working on a new book about cider in Poland for the English-language market.
We hope the book will be ready by summer.
The publication aims to show the current cider market in Poland – from the establishment of the first cider houses, and changes in the law, through the history of fruit-growing, folklore, trends in gastronomy, food pairing with cider, and marketing.
